i find a lot of joy in children and really, in future, i would like to have as many kids as i can.

but, here are two very very contrasting stories about two-year old children.

one, a girl, Ella, from America who brings about smiles and laughter to people, singing "baby" by Justin Bieber. and the normal reaction of pple would be. "awwww... isn't she adorableeee?"

can you imagine??? she have yet to even say a sentence and there she goes singing the whole song! super super cute.

but, the next one is rather disturbing in so many different levels. it is about a boy, Ardi, same age as Ella, smoking like a chimney, 40, yes, 40 sticks a day. my heart broke into pieces when i read on my twitter/news. i was furious, sad and very much affected by it because hours before that i was watching Ella. In addition, that wasn't the first time i saw a video of a very very young Indonesian boy smoking a lot of ciggies in a day.

so who is responsible for it? the parents? the ciggies? advertisement? government? tobacco companies? everyone has a role to play in it. it has only strengthened my dislike towards ciggies, especially when it involves innocent toddlers. before you light a cigg, think, what impact will it have on you? how will it affect your family? how can it also affect the rest of the world? poor indonesian kids. you really do not deserve this. you should be showered with love, care and concern in the right way.

i couldnt agree more. its aizat's beautiful face. what can i say. high time to update.anyway, i lvoe TED. it has a lot of wonderful wonderful video and recently, i came across Adora Svitak. she amazes me so so much when i watch her video on TED twitter. At the age of 12, to be a teacher, author as well as a PHILANTHROPIST, i think that is AMAZING. child prodigy who learn to read and write at redha's age, 4 years old and at 7 years old, close to Zikry's age, she wrote her first book. when i was primary 2 i was probably still busy playing with Polly Pocket and zero point!

so, all it takes is to read 3-4 books everyday and COMPLETE IT. read about anything and everything. the effective use of the internet and you are on your road to stardom. I sure know what to equip with my future children. no special potion or vitamins, just read. and of course, the support from family and friends.

Mak Ati's 52nd EPIC birthday surprise.

It was Mak ati's 52nd birthday and we decided to give her a pleasant surprise. But what came after was even more interesting as Husni provided the most epic-est of failures. Enjoy!

HEH. We are 2 Baby! We are 2! Simple yet very very significant

24th April 2010: Rock-climbing AND Ungu Mega Concert.

Rock-climbing: Never ever thought I could reach the top but i did! Owkay, i dont know how my kodok video going to turn out to be like but I am glad that i am able to represent the kodok family. you guys are freaking awesome la.

Ungu Concert: Truly enjoyed the concert with awesome company. really really.
