i have been staying in tampines for the past twenty years and i plan to do so till the next millinieum. unless of course, prince william would take me to be his loyal wife and stay at buckingham palace.-fat hope-haha. but seriously, tampines is the closest you can get to find anything within close proximity. cinema? checked. restaurants?checked. starbucks&coffeebean?checked. giant?checked. ikea?checked. the best nasi lemak and nasi sambal goreng in the whole wide world at afganistan?checked. and most importantly, friends&familythatrocksofi'sworld?checked. even people staying at bedok or simei or pasir ris comes to tampines because it has everything you can practically ask for. and ramen ten in tampines? i am impressed. LOL. i am glad to be a tampines-ian!!!haha but here is the downside. if i were to go on a date, tampines would definitely be a bad idea. you tend to bump into people that you seriously don't wish to. you wish that you were at bukit panjang or somewhere far far away. andddd if you did relief teaching in tampines, don't be surprised to bump into your students and hear them shout, "Miss blablabla" damn paisey can! but all in all, i love tampines and with addition of a new shopping mall on top of tm and century square; tampines one, i wonder if i will ever go town again. LOL.

so anyway, i really enjoy marketing lectures with patricia every thursday. i don't know whether it's her strong accent like " strategy " or "by and large" haha or the content of the subject, but i look forward to marketing every week that i think i over-studied marketing and under-study corporate finance. i am quite worried for that because corporate finance is a subject that is quite intimidating to me. all the facts and figures look alien and gibberish. but yogi said me and cf is subject that i should score. so hopefully, insyaAllah. so far school's been alright.in fact, i am loving it and trying not to think it's hellish. but i guess optimism does help me a lot in many ways. so jiayou jiayou! :)
